70% of Americans die of a preventable disease.  Their early death may have been prevented with regular exercise and proper nutrition.  Studies show this.  The body demands regular exercise and good nutrition to function properly.  We take better care of our vehicles than we do our bodies.

Why don’t people prevent these diseases?  They CAN do it.  It is within their reach! So why don’t they?

  • Is it lack of Time?
  • Why do they continue Poor Eating habits?
  • Is it Motivation? 
  • Does their poor health leave them tired and depleted of energy?
  • Can they not afford a facility and/or training, yet they can afford doctor visits and medications?

I think it is a combination of these.  Most of us were never taught what the body really needs and we use T.V. commercials and fancy packaging to guide us because it just seems easier.

Here’s why:

My full body workouts are 30 minutes – that’s less than you usually spend waiting in a doctor’s office, staying home sick, losing pay at work because of illness, feeling grumpy because you don’t feel well, spending time on the couch when you know you have something else you should be doing.

Those things cause stress.  Regular exercise, 3 days per week with a trainer, creates energy in the body.  That’s the way the body works.  Regular exercise with a trainer 3 days per week helps stabilize the body's systems and balance out blood sugar levels, blood pressure levels, cholesterol levels, and the most important of all it keeps your lymph system working so that your immune system gets strong and can fight off disease and sickness.

The side effects of regular exercise combined with proper nutrition include weight loss, increased range of motion, increased flexibility, more self-confidence, stronger stride, better balance and posture, clearer mind that can focus better, sounder sleep, elimination and digestion …oh, the list goes on…
